04 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT T he Case digest on citizenship and nationality rights has been developed following a memorandum of understanding for the joint development of a citizenship and nationality rights case digest between the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law) and NAMATI. The case digest, the first to be published in these thematic areas will be a useful resource tool for community awareness and collective action in advancing citizenship rights. Sincere gratitude to the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law), for the sourcing and compilation of relevant case law and without whose contribution, the development of the case digest would not have been possible.
