This report is based on 48 men and women survivor interviews conducted across Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Thailand. It presents detailed evidence of serious abuses, including movement restrictions, forced displacement, targeted violence, sexual violence like minor rape and mass rape of Rohingya girls and women by Arakan Army, forced conscription of men and women, destruction of property, and systematic discrimination. The findings indicate that these violations may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity. The report highlights the urgent need for international attention, accountability, and protection for the Rohingya population in Rakhine state (Arakan State), Myanmar.
