Poverty, marginalization and discrimination are a “standard” part of life for most of them. Stateless children are mostly concerned, bearing in mind that the basic rights are a luxury possessed by most of the children, but not by them. The Public Call of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Office for Management of Registers of Births, Marriages and Deaths, was closed on the 1st of November 2018. The Public Call resulted with identification of 700 persons who did not posses any personal documents.
