This strategy outlines ISI’s plan to address statelessness by tackling its root causes in structural exclusion and power imbalances. It focuses on collective action through field-building, advocacy, and narrative change to promote equal rights regardless of legal status. Priorities include supporting stateless-led movements, strengthening knowledge and resources, improving access to funding, reshaping narratives, advancing community-centred legal approaches, and coordinating advocacy. It emphasises building collective power and centring lived experience, with the 2028 World Conference as a key milestone.
