UNHCR Priority Operations in 2023-2024 For the final two years of the #IBelong Campaign UNHCR will continue working in all its operations to support States to address statelessness, including through pledge implementation. Additionally, 28 priority operations have been selected for amplified advocacy efforts and operational support. The operations have been selected on the basis of expressed political will to address statelessness, demonstrated through pledges, and/or because there are critical statelessness issues in the country.
