An Agenda for a Dignified and Sustainable Rohingya Refugee Response in Bangladesh The fragile protection and security situation of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh underscores the need for a robust legal and policy framework for refugees and strong inter-sectoral coordination with clear accountability mechanisms. Bangladesh needs strong support of the international community in sharing responsibility for the protection of Rohingya refugees and pushing for accountability in Myanmar.
