This annual report presents up-to-date country information regarding gender equality laws in the conferral of nationality on children. The scope of this report (expanded in 2025) now includes conferral of nationality by parents who became nationals later in life as well as conferral on adopted children. At the end of the report there is an Annex linking to nationality legislation regulating the conferral of nationality on children.
