This Webinar is about the launch of a report that provides a global comparative analysis of legislation on deprivation of nationality as a national security measure as well as marking the publication of the finalized Commentary to the Principles on Nationality Deprivation as a National Security Measure. Together, these two resources offer a global picture of the current state of play of nationality deprivation powers and how these have evolved since 9/11, as well as an in-depth international law analysis of the measure.
