Tool 4.4.5.2 - MENA Digital Complaints Response and Feedback Form Category: Feedback and Complaint Form Organization: UNHCR MENA Regional Bureau Link: Complaints, Response and Feedback (CRF) Form Profile: The RB MENA complaints, response, and feedback form (the CRF Form) is a KoBo template to assist digital data collection from FCRM channels across the MENA region. It has been developed in consultations with UN staff, partners, and communities. Why to Use the Tool: The Form contains essential information for the processing of feedback and complaints, including consent of those involved in the submission. The Tool is compatible with the feedback module of the Refugee Assistance Information System (RAIS) used by many UNHCR and partners in MENA. It is hosted in a secured server and can interoperate with ProGres V4 and other key databases used in forced displacement contexts. How to Use the Tool: It can be used digitally and nondigitally (including over a phone call).
