Description: Praxis, the European Network on Statelessness (ENS), the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion (ISI) made this joint submission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), on the right to a nationality and human rights challenges pertaining to statelessness in Serbia.

This submission focuses on: I. The right of every child to birth registration; II. The right of every child to acquire a nationality; III. Destroyed, missing or unavailable registries; and IV. The lack of a statelessness determination procedure and risk of arbitrary detention.
