As a result, it is in the best interest of Member States/RECs to work closely with such organisations to foster inter-state/inter-regional dialogue and cooperation for effective migration management. 84 9. Migration management requires capacity and adequate infrastructure. Therefore, Members States are encouraged to invest adequate resources and engage international organisations and technical partners in building their capacities in the management of migration.
