Rohingya 03 GENOCIDE DAY From the Editor As we launch this special edition of Rohingya Genocide Remembrance Day, the Arakan Rohingya National Alliance (ARNA) reaffirms its commitment to advocating for the rights and dignity of the Rohingya people. Founded to achieve the “right of self-determination” and the “right of return” within a Federal Democratic Union of Burma/Myanmar, ARNA also seeks to unify the Rohingya under a single platform with a cohesive policy agenda. This magazine serves as both a reflection on the tragedies of the past and a call to action for justice, accountability, and international intervention to end the ongoing persecution. This inaugural edition features articles such as "Never Again is Happening Again Against Rohingya in Arakan", emphasizing the recurrence of genocidal violence, and "An Unconstitutional Operation in North Rakhine", detailing the military's unlawful operations. "Arakan Army Aids in Completing Myanmar Military's Unfinished Business" exposes local complicity in Rohingya persecution, while "Inaction and Silence of the International Community" highlights the global failure to act.
