This is our last issue before we hand over the editorship to our successors Fiona Barker and Ruxandra Paul. It has been a great time editing this newsletter over the last four years. It allowed us to get to know a lot of colleagues and learn about new topics and research institutions we did not yet know. We are most grateful to all authors who contributed to the various newsletter sections over the last four years. It goes without saying that there would be no newsletter without such an active Section. And these activities show that the Migration and Citizenship Section constitutes a vibrant community with a strong identity.
