SAVICKIS AND OTHERS v. LATVIA JUDGMENT
221. There has accordingly been no violation of Article 14 of the
Convention taken in conjunction with Article 1 of Protocol No. 1.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT
1. Decides, unanimously, to strike the application out of its list of cases
insofar as the first applicant is concerned;
2. Declares, unanimously, the remainder of the application admissible;
3. Holds, by ten votes to seven, that there has been no violation of Article 14
of the Convention taken in conjunction with Article 1 of Protocol No. 1.
Done in English and in French, and delivered at a public hearing in the
Human Rights Building, Strasbourg, on 9 June 2022, pursuant to
Rule 77 §§ 2 and 3 of the Rules of Court.
