2.5. pëlqimin me shkrim i prindërve, i
vërtetuar nga noteri.

3. Zyrtari i Gjendjes Civile në territorin e së
cilës është parashtruar kërkesa nga paragrafi 2 i
këtij neni, ka për detyrë që kërkesën e
parashtruar ta përcjellë në DSHAM/MPB për
shqyrtim dhe vendim marrje.
3. The Civil Status Official in the territory in
which an application is submitted as referred to
in paragraph 2 of this Article is obliged to refer
the application to the DCAM/MIA for review
and decision making.
3. Službenik Civilnog stanja na teritoriji, u
kojoj je podnet zahtev iz stava 2. ovog
člana, ima za dužnost da podneseni zahtev
uputi DDAM/MUP-u na razmatranje i
donošenje odluke.
4. Në mungesë të pëlqimit të prindërve sipas
nënparagrafit 2.5 të këtij neni, fëmija fiton
shtetësinë e Republikës së Kosovës nëse për
pasojë fëmiu mbetet pashtetësi.
3. In the absence of parental consent under subparagraph 2.5 of this Article, the child shall
acquire the citizenship of the Republic of
Kosovo if he/she could as a result thereof
remain stateless.
4. U nedostatku saglasnosti roditelja u skladu
sa tačkom 2.5 ovog člana, dete stiče
državljanstvo Republike Kosovo ako, kao
posledica toga, dete ostaje bez državljanstva.
