VIII. Collect and make publicly available reliable, disaggregated data on statelessness, including data on stateless men, women and children, stateless persons in the asylum procedure and in detention, as well as on vulnerable populations such as indigenous peoples and AfroColombians. IX. Provide regular training and awareness-raising on statelessness and the protection of human rights of stateless persons to all relevant State authorities. X. Provide regular training and awareness-raising to all relevant State authorities on changes of government policy or law in relation to nationality and identity documents. XI. Provide regular sensitivity training to all relevant State authorities on the rights of indigenous peoples. XII. Institute public information campaigns on documentary requirements, and nationality provisions and laws, in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner among indigenous communities. XIII. Institute a public information campaign directed toward undocumented migrants that provides information about Colombia’s statelessness safeguard and a child’s right to access Colombian nationality under this safeguard. 9
