As indicated, a total of 137 decisions were taken to deport stateless persons. The reasons for deportation were violations of the Immigration Act (86 decisions) and violations of the Penal Code (50 decisions). Deportation decisions where the person of concern is stateless comprise 4.4 percent of all deportation decisions.
