All participants in the city of al-Bab supported this right as it is a basic component of women’s rights, stating that they cannot be effective in their community if they do not have it just like men do. Also, it is considered the best solution for children without nationality. Meanwhile the vast majority of participants in Raqqa city are opposed to this right, as, according to their opinion, it is against customs and traditions and may lead to many problems, including loss of lineages and the spread of pregnancy without marriage. 42 29 Al-Hol camp: It is one of the Syrian refugee camps located on the southern outskirts of the city of Al-Hol in Al-Hasakah in northern Syria.
