A PPL ICAB IL IT Y TO RO H I NGYA Mandatory vaccination declarations may be issued covering “any town or selected local area in Bangladesh,” and such declarations will apply to all inhabitants of the affected area. Therefore, a mandatory vaccination order, if made, should apply to Rohingya living in the affected area. PROTECTIO N NOT ES In accordance with Section 8, public vaccinators in mandatory vaccination areas are obliged to provide vaccinations free of charge at public vaccination stations. Where the GoB institutes mandatory vaccination regimes, Rohingya living in the affected area(s) should be included in such efforts and inoculated free of charge.
