1. Kërkesa për fitimin e shtetësisë me
natyralizim për personin e moshës madhore që
e ka humbur shtetësinë e Republikës së
Kosovës me lirim nga shtetësia, parashtrohet
personalisht apo përmes njërit prind për personat
e mitur në ZGJC, sipas vendbanimit të fundit të
parashtruesit të kërkesës në Republikën e
Kosovës.
1. The application for acquiring citizenship by
naturalization for adult persons, who lost the
citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo with
release from the citizenship, shall be lodged in
person or by one of the parents in the case of
juveniles, with the CRO, according to the most
recent address of residence of the applicant in
the Republic of Kosovo.
