83 A MULTIFACETED IMPACT In addition to the impact on access to rights and services, statelessness has an impact on the daily lives of those affected. The effects are multidimensional, with a particularly heavy psychological toll. 74% of stateless respondents feel that their condition is also affecting their family environment. This adds greater strain to an already fragile unit, with 65% of respondents stating that this situation causes tension within the family, along with other impacts. Fig 37.
