Description: The Civil Rights Project Sisak, European Network on Statelessness (ENS) and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion (ISI) made this joint submission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), on the right to a nationality and human rights challenges pertaining to statelessness in Croatia.

This submission focuses on: I. Statelessness determination and protection status; II. The right to a nationality - Prevention & reduction of statelessness; and III. Minorities disproportionately affected by risk of statelessness.
