Policy Brief Policy Center for the New South About the author, Abdessalam Jaldi About Policy Center for the New South Abdessalam Jaldi is an International Law specialist, with a focus on International Public Law and International Human Rights Law. He is currently working in the Policy Center for the New South as a research assistant examining Maghreb’s mutations, new tendencies of International Law and Comparative legal systems. He has over six years of experience working in non-profit, social research and academic sectors. He has a Ph.D.’s degree in International Law from University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France. Policy Center for the New South, formerly OCP Policy Center, is a Moroccan policy-oriented think tank based in Rabat, Morocco, striving to promote knowledge sharing and to contribute to an enriched reflection on key economic and international relations issues.
