Description: This book was created in an effort to promote a genuine dialogue with and among children about the right to a nationality and what it means. The inspiration behind the book and the website is Neha: a remarkable girl who grew up stateless in Nepal and has herself become an activist for citizenship rights.

In the book, Neha travels the world in her dreams. Through her adventures she discovers that she is stateless and that there are many other people like her who are treated unfairly only because they do not have a citizenship. Through the help of her wonderful friends, Neha learns that every person has a right to a nationality, but many are still denied this fundamental right.
