Description: Ikmaan Welfare Organisation, Nationality For All (NFA) and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion (ISI) made this joint sub-mission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), on the right to a nationality and human rights challenges pertaining to statelessness in Pakistan.

This submission focuses on: I. Discrimination and exclusion of stateless people in accessing citizenship documentation and registration; II. Denial of child rights; III. the COVID-19 impact of stateless communities and IV. Gender discrimination in Pakistan's nationality law.
