Description: The Organization for Aid to Refugees (OPU), the European Network on Statelessness (ENS) and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion (ISI) made this joint sub-mission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), on the right to a nationality and human rights challenges pertaining to statelessness in Czech Republic.

This submission focuses on: I. statelessness determination and access to right; II. Liberty and security of the person and arbitrary detention; III. Children's right to a nationality and IV.The protection of stateless people and people at risk of statelessness fleeing the war in Ukraine.
