This Practical Guide for Documentation of children, including migrant and displaced children in South Africa was
developed by Lawyers for Human Rights (LHR) and Save the Children South Africa (SCSA). This guide includes
crucial contributions made by the Documentation Task Team (DSD, of the National Steering Committee on
Care and Protection of Unaccompanied and Separated Migrant Children (USMC). LHR and SCSA would
