It is essential that all research is conducted in line with ethical and safety standards and be done in a way that upholds PRM’s commitment to professionalism. Any interviews with stateless persons must be sensitive to and designed to prevent traumatization and stigma. All data collection methods and tools shall be shared with PRM in advance and strive to get the richest and most useful information in the quickest way possible. This is in recognition of the limited time available and significant workload of PRM partners, particularly those that work in the field in ongoing humanitarian emergencies. 65
